Introducing...Mikey Woods

Looks like Mikey's taking after his Grandpa Don and swinging that golf club around. Grandpa gave him a set of little people-sized golf clubs a while back and they're finally getting put to use, even if only as a weapon. Just make sure you steer clear when he swings, or you'll end up with some badly bruised shins. Ask Shawn! haha

I bet you don't know anyone who can get away with golfing in their diaper AND look so darn cute while doing it. :)

There's a First for EVERYTHING....

And it feels like we're getting it all within the same week! Here is Mikey's first piece of artwork from preschool. He was so excited to tell me that he painted it himself and that it says "Mikey" on it. I didn't have the heart to tell him it actually says "Michael." His teachers are trying to teach him to refer to himself as and respond to Michael...we'll see how that goes. He's been simply Mikey even before he was born!

And here is Isaiah's first project from Kindergarten. He says they are his listening ears. Let's hope he will put them to use!

Bath Time is Fun Time!

This is Liam's favorite part of the day, as you can probably tell from that great, big smile on his face.

And here's Mikey, my wonderful little helper. He loves helping me give his baby brother a bath.

Kindergarten Schmindergarten....

Isaiah is like an old pro with this whole school thing. As I watched him in his new Kindergarten classroom with tears welling up in my eyes, all he could say to me was, "You can go now, you know..." He did follow it by "I love you, Mama," so no hard feelings. ;) He's a big boy now. He's BEEN a big boy. For the longest time, I have just refused to see it. Now...I HAVE TO see it.

You know what they say....time flies when you're having fun. I just wish it wasn't so, because we are having the time of our lives!!!
