miss me? yeah, i know you did! i can't even begin about all the random crazy - good, bad and in between - that's happened over the last couple weeks, so i'm just going to pretend i didn't drop off the face of the blogosphere for eleven days and pick up like i blogged yesterday. agreed? agreed.
moving on...you wanna know one thing that i absolutely love? soccer season. and it has finally started again! i've waited all year for this.
this is isaiah's second year playing in this league and also his second year with this coach. most of the boys on the team are the same from last year, also. we follow our coach...you know how that goes.
mikey loves soccer season, too. he says he "loooooves watching isaiah play".
and, yes. i'm THAT mom. the one that can't even stay seated in her camp chair for two minutes and, instead, is pacing up and down the sideline screaming her son's name over and over because, apparently, it is his sole responsibility - and his alone - to make sure the laserbombs win the world cup. yup. heavy burden to carry on his shoulders, i know. but he can handle it.
i think the teams as far as four fields down know that there's a kid on our team named "isaiah" and that he is cursed with the misfortune of having a screaming banshee for a mother. whatever. don't hate. and then i go home and have to nurse a sore throat from all the screaming i just did.

isaiah was starting goalie in the first game of the season.
goal kick.
go #39!
and the laserbombs won their first game, 3-0. whoohoo!
they also won their second game, 2-1. they are on fire this year! i hope they can keep the momentum going. here comes isaiah through the tunnel of parents after the game.
it's gonna be a great season for the laserbombs!!!! and isaiah's mom!!!!
